Last week we went to Toogood Pond in Unionville with Peter and Alvin, a dog he shows from time to time. I’d never seen an Afghan Hound in person, and I have to say, they’re such beautiful dogs! Peter brushed Alvin just before he took him out of the car. I have to say, I was supremely impressed. I actually giggled watching Alvin walk because he and his coat were so flowingly graceful.

We had a fun shoot with both of them. Peter was as entertaining as always! His friend Debbie came along to help him with Alvin, but I want to also thank her for volunteering to carry a few things so I could focus on Peter and Alvin as we were moving from place to place. Debbie, that was a big help!
